Green is on the scene at mnHealthAlternatives.com
Going green is the idea that each person, wherever they are in terms of living green, has the ability to make another change, or choice, to improve their lifestyle. Going green benefits the planet and improves individual health.
Going green can be as simple as grocery shopping for your family with the following variety of changes as examples:
- Purchase more whole foods and illiminate the packaging of processed foods.
-
Re-use paper or plastic bags, or better yet, purchase a fabric bag. Most grocery stores now offer these for sale.
-
Switch to eco-friendly brands of home cleaning products. This is not an all-or-nothing choice and can happen one product at-a-time.
At mnHealthAlternatives.com we want to provide resources to help you make greener choices in the various areas that can have an effect on our future.
Please keep us informed by email with any additions you would like to see added to our resource list. Help us continue our effort to connect people for the sake of wellbeing!
